Thursday 17th October, 2019 - 1500 hrs until 1830 hrs, Radisson Blu Hotel, 107 Old Hall Street, Liverpool L3 9BD  “Life after the Sea”
This year will be the Branch’s 10th consecutive seminar and dinner. Following on from their sponsorship last year The TK Foundation has again kindly agreed to sponsor this year’s event. A panel of five professional seafarers will each speak for thirty minutes on their current career followed by 15 minutes of questions. The seminar will end with a Q & A to the full panel. As in previous there will be cadets from Liverpool John Moores University and Fleetwood Nautical Campus in the audience. Panel: Capt. Ian Blair, Temp. Director MCA, Southampton Capt. Daniel Millett, Marine Consultant, Brooks Bell, Liverpool Donal Kearney, Lawyer, Hill Dickinson, London A Class surveyor from Lloyds Register A Ship Manager from Bibby Line, Liverpool The seminar will be followed by the Annual Branch Dinner at the same venue, 1900 for 1930 Dinner: £27.50 pp - partners welcome.
