Click here for seminar programme and booking details for the dinner Friday 20th October, 2017 - 1500 hrs until 1800 hrs, Novotel, 40 Hanover Street, Liverpool L1 4LN “Master of an Autonomous Ship” Following   the   successful   seminars   over   the   last   7   years   a   further   seminar   is   planned   focusing   on   autonomous   ships. Panel    members    will    speak    for    15    minutes    on    their    aspect    of    autonomous    vessels    followed    by    15    minutes    of questions.The   seminar   will   end   with   a   further   Q&A   to   the   full   panel.   Speakers   will   coverthe   background   and   history   of autonomous   ships,   implications   for   cargo   and   insurance,   the   impact   from   a   legal   aspect   and   hopefully,a   manufacturer of   the   necessary   equipment.   As   in   previous   years   there   will   be   cadets   from   Liverpool   John   Moores   University   and Fleetwood Nautical Campus.
